HEINRICH HIMMLER, ERNST KALTENBRUNNER AND WILHELM STUCKART An incredible document signed by three of the most notorious Nazis of the Third Reich, HEINRICH HIMMLER (1900-1945), Hitler’s head of the SS and all police forces, ERNST KALTENBRUNNER (1903-1946) Chief of the RSHA who replaced Heydrich, a rabid anti-Semite who greatly increased efforts to round-up Jews and implement the “Final Solution”, and WILHELM STUCKART (1902-1953), Nazi Under Secretary of the Interior who drafted the Nuremberg Laws and a participant in the Wannsee Conference. The typed document, 4pp. “Field Headquarters” (Poland), Jan. 31, 1944 concerns the citizenship status of the siblings of Maria Sulkowski and Alexander Sulkowski, as well as the parents. Apparently, a branch office of the “German Volksliste” in Bielitz had determined in 1941 that the family was not entitled to claim German ancestry (and therefore citizenship) by way of family ethnic history. This document indicates that the Gestapo and high courts have overturned that decision, further noting the family’s military contributions to Germany, abuses by the governing Poles, support for National Socialism, their employment of German laborers, etc. Staple holes and slight rust stain thereat, some edge wear, else fine with full translation. A very rare combination of important signatures on a significant document.
