DOCUMENTS RELATING TO GESTAPO VICTIM WALTER QUANDT,1940s-50s Group of approximately 44 documents relating to German Walter Quandt (born 1896-?). Most of the documents are 1940s wartime and immediate aftermath. Quandt was captured by the Gestapo and probably sent to a camp. The group includes: (1) 1947 document for belonging to Society of Victims of Nazi Regime with a few membership stamps; 1947 document from Frankfurt concerning arrest and ill-treatment by Gestapo after denunciation by his brother; (3) three documents with his photo including passport & military service certificate; and (4) numerous untranslated documents, some of which deal with him being a Gestapo victim.GOOD RESEARCH PROJECT..
