			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A rare third reich autograph war criminal General Alexander Löhr signed photo with message<br />
Large mounted studio portrait photograph of LOHR, signed in ink handwritten dedication in German referencing a service anniversary &#8216;Im Osten, Juli 1942&#8242; (In the East, July 1942) and a pen signature. Photograph is affixed to a heavier cardstock mount. A RARE LUFTWAFFE AUTOGRAPH 10X7 IN.</p>
<p>Alexander Löhr (20 May 1885 – 26 February 1947) was an Austrian Air Force commander during the 1930s and, after the annexation of Austria, he was a Luftwaffe commander. Löhr served in the Luftwaffe during World War II, rising to commander of Army Group E and then to commander-in-chief in Southeastern Europe </p>
<p>Löhr was captured by Yugoslav Partisans at the end of the war in Europe. He was tried and convicted of war crimes by the Yugoslav government for anti-partisan reprisals committed under his command, and the German bombing of Belgrade in 1941. He was executed by firing squad on 26 February 1947 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia.</p>

<p>Karl-Wilhelm Specht (22 May 1894 – 3 December 1953) was a general in the Wehrmacht of Nazi Germany during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. He served on the “Court of Military Honour,” a drumhead court-martial that expelled many of the officers involved in the 20 July Plot from the army before handing them over to the People’s Court. Specht surrendered to the Soviet forces at the end of the war and died on 3 December 1953 in pow camp<br />

<p>Walter Reder (4 February 1915 – 26 April 1991) was an Austrian SS commander and war criminal during World War II.[1] He served with the SS Division Totenkopf and the SS Division Reichsführer-SS. He and the unit under his command committed the Vinca massacre and Marzabotto massacre in Italy in 1944. After the war, Reder was convicted of war crimes in Italy.</p>
