LUTZE VIKTOR: (1890-1943) German Nazi Party functionary and commander and commander of the Sturmabteilung (SA) who succeeded Ernst Rohm as Stabschef and Reichsleiter. Lutze, in green indelible pencil, correspondence card, Berlin, January 1939, to an unknown recipient, with the blind embossed Nazi eagle and swastika to the upper corner, in German. The printed text states, in full, ´I thank you for the good wishes sent to me, and I return them most warmly. Heil Hitler!´. Gauleiter AUGUST EIGRUBER letter 1939, un-translated, clean bold signature, RARE pluse a signed photo of EIGRUBER in black ink, very nice set of EIGRUBER items photo 6×5 in.

August Eigruber (16 April 1907 – 28 May 1947) was an Austrian-born Nazi Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter of Reichsgau Oberdonau (Upper Danube) and Landeshauptmann of Upper Austria. He was convicted of war crimes at Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp and hanged.

(1884 – 1970) French ‘radical’ politician and the Prime Minister of France at the start of World War II. Daladier was a signatory to the disastrous Munich Pact. 4.25 x 6 in. sepia, a photo postcard showing him from the chest, up, signed across his chest lightly in blue ink. Accompanied by a Hoffman postcard, 5.5 x 3.5 in. b/w, depicting the Daladier signing the Munich Pact. Two pieces, EXC.

Édouard Daladier (French: 18 June 1884 – 10 October 1970) was a French Radical-Socialist (centre-left) politician, and the Prime Minister of France who signed the Munich Agreement before the outbreak of World War II.

After the Fall of France, Daladier was tried for treason by the Vichy government during the Riom Trial and imprisoned first in Fort du Portalet, then in Buchenwald concentration camp, and finally in Itter Castle. After the Battle of Castle Itter, Daladier resumed his political career as a member of the French Chamber of Deputies from 1946 to 1958. He died in Paris in 1970.

VERY RARE EDMUND HEINES SIGNATURE
EDMUND HEINES/(1897 ñ 1934) Nazi Party leader and Ernst Rohm’s deputy in the SA. Murdered in the purge that would come to be known as the Night of the Long Knives. Very rare and fine association typed , Heinesí 1p. legal folio, Breslau, May 16, 1934. As leader of the Silesia Group and just three months before his execution, Heines directs a report to [Friedrich-Wilhelm] Kruger regarding optical tools. In part: ëObsertsturmfuhrer [Fritz] Bracht, a member of my staff, has offered me his advice on the procurement of optical objects, both scientifically and commercially assume that the head of the training department may be interested in this. Very good. Friedrich-Wilhelm Kruger (1894-1945) was SA-Obersturmfuhrer Ausbildungswesen , but more notoriously known for overseeing the murder of six million Poles. Committed suicide rather than face the Nuremburg IMT. Fritz Bracht (1889-1945) was a Gauleiter of Upper Silesia who committed suicide with his wife on June 9, 1945 as the Red Army marched into Silesia.RARE AND SELDOM FIND THIS SIGNATURE

Edmund Heines (21 July 1897 – 30 June 1934) was a German Nazi politician and Deputy to Ernst Röhm, the Stabschef of the Sturmabteilung (SA). Heines was one of the earliest members of the Nazi Party and a leading member of the SA in Munich, participating in the Beer Hall Putsch and becoming a notorious enforcer of the party. He held several high-ranking positions in the Nazi administration until he was executed during the Night of the Long Knives in June 1934.

Heines’s younger brother, Oskar, was an Obersturmbannführer of the SA, and on the morning of 1 July 1934, he heard a radio report concerning the execution of his brother. Soon after, Oskar Heines and SA-Obersturmbannführer Werner Engels, reported to the Polizeipräsidium in Breslau, where they were immediately placed under arrest by SS men. From there, they were driven that night to a forested area near Deutsch-Lissa (now Wrocław-Leśnica, Poland). At dawn on 2 July 1934, the two were shot on orders of SS-Obergruppenführer Udo von Woyrsch.

(1895-1946) Nazi party official and politician who served as Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter of Baden, and Chief of Civil Administration for Alsace during the German occupation of France in World War II. Executed by the French for war crimes. Rare message. on an 1p. oblong sheetof paper while a prisoner of the Americans, Oct. 18, 1945, in German and in pencil. Wagner acknowledges that the signature he subscribes is indeed his own, actual signature and arrogantly adds his ex-title at bottom: ‘Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter’. RARE

The partially printed document, completed in typescript, is addressed to the SS Personnel Department in Berlin and relates to SS-Standartenfuhrer Dr. Friedrich Rainer, requesting that he be relieved of his duties and simultaneously appointed as leader of the SS-Oberabschnittes in Austria. Friedrich Rainer (1903-1947) Austrian Nazi Party politician who served as a Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter (Reich Governor) during World War II, and is notable for being the only Austrian governor who has ever held the same office in two separate states.
